Rene is our service rep and he is knowledgeable, polite and is very attentive to detail. We always get a notification when Rene is coming out. It is so hard to find good customer service these days. From the first phone call to the most recent visit a few weeks ago everyone at Guardian Angel has been fantastic! We have a son who has autism and is non verbal. In the past we've had negative comments made about him in front of us by different companies employees. The technicians that came to our house were so kind and respectful! Thanks for showing us there are still companies that care! Plus they got rid of the nasty bugs we had!!

Guardian Angel is amazing. I could not be happier with the results. Rene, the technician, is professional and very thorough. He is also friendly and a joy to work with. I would not want to work with another technician. Although I'm sure they are all great. But I am very comfortable having Rene come into my home. Which is important to me.
