When I called....a delightful young woman named Liz answered the phone. She is very personable and sweet. Within 3 days Garland showed up. After a quick tour of the house ... he was ready to go. Garland was also extremely personable polite but professional. He also was very knowledgeable about the brown recluse spiders and the chemicals he was using being safe for my toy Chihuahuas who are only 8 pounds each. He never seemed rushed. He covered every nook and cranny these nasty little spiders might be hiding. He even humored me and resprayed our clothes closet as brown recluse like to hide in shoes.
