Seriously excellent. And I don't even normally write reviews! I have never felt like an exterminating company is SO honest and reliable. Garland and Renee are super technicians. I also think the whole company (Shelby, Kim, Liz) are also very helpful and patient too (especially with all my panic about the bugs). They did not find an infestation at our apartment, and, even though I was ready to fully pay for the treatment just for peace of mind - the technician said, "I just feel wrong taking your money - you *don't* have an infestation". This was good news to hear and was glad that he at least came and confirmed that we were all okay. I will CERTAINLY recommend them to anyone fighting pests!

All around great company. Great people great customer service! I work odd hours at times so scheduling can sometimes be a little hectic they were able to come by on the same day which was excellent.
