Seriously excellent. And I don't even normally write reviews! I have never felt like an exterminating company is SO honest and reliable. Garland and Renee are super technicians. I also think the whole company (Shelby, Kim, Liz) are also very helpful and patient too (especially with all my panic about the bugs). They did not find an infestation at our apartment, and, even though I was ready to fully pay for the treatment just for peace of mind - the technician said, "I just feel wrong taking your money - you *don't* have an infestation". This was good news to hear and was glad that he at least came and confirmed that we were all okay. I will CERTAINLY recommend them to anyone fighting pests!

It is so hard to find good customer service these days. From the first phone call to the most recent visit a few weeks ago everyone at Guardian Angel has been fantastic! We have a son who has autism and is non verbal. In the past we've had negative comments made about him in front of us by different companies employees. The technicians that came to our house were so kind and respectful! Thanks for showing us there are still companies that care! Plus they got rid of the nasty bugs we had!!

Rene was just here to treat our mice and bug issues. He's been our technician for about a year and a half. He is the best! He is always polite, professional and considerate. He has always been able to answer all of our questions. We appreciate him and his knowledge of this business. I hate mice but I sleep a lot better knowing that Rene has that issue well under control.
