This is an absolutely wonderful company. I spent thousands of dollars and countless hours trying to get rid of bed bugs, I unfortunately picked up from a friend's house. Was a pretty bad infestation by the time I gave up and called these guys. After the regular treatment cycle was done, I found a few still living. (Not surprising. Trust me they are tough buggars to kill) They honored their guarantee and treated again at no cost to me. I've now been bed bug free for well over a year. Everything has been first class with them. I was bit by a black widow spider in my backyard and immediately got the spider spraying service inside/outside and extermination every other month. We've had no problems for over a year!
