It is so hard to find good customer service these days. From the first phone call to the most recent visit a few weeks ago everyone at Guardian Angel has been fantastic! We have a son who has autism and is non verbal. In the past we've had negative comments made about him in front of us by different companies employees. The technicians that came to our house were so kind and respectful! Thanks for showing us there are still companies that care! Plus they got rid of the nasty bugs we had!!

I liked Guardian Angel because they didn't try to sign me up for a year to get a warranty. I also liked the 5 star scores and positive reviews I saw on this site. When I called....a delightful young woman named Liz answered the phone. She is very personable and sweet. Within 3 days Garland showed up. After a quick tour of the house ... he was ready to go. Garland was also extremely personable polite but professional. He also was very knowledgeable about the brown recluse spiders and the chemicals he was using being safe for my toy Chihuahuas who are only 8 pounds each. He never seemed rushed. He covered every nook and cranny these nasty little spiders might be hiding. He even humored me and resprayed our clothes closet as brown recluse like to hide in shoes. Garland was so great I requested him again. My husband and I years ago....in our first home had to hire a pest company who claimed to give a warranty. They were not very good and tried to milk us for all the money they could. Guardian Angel is far superior than the other company!

I’ve been using them for a few years now. They came highly recommended & I can see why. I’ve even had Joey the owner come out & treat when they were booked up. All of his employees are very thorough & professional. Very personable & they become like family. Rene is awesome & a pleasure to have out each time. He does an excellent job. Garland is also great. Well all of the guys are awesome & not to forget the ladies that answer the phone & do appts, they are super friendly. I’ve used a couple of companies in the past but they’re hands down THE BEST!

They are the best, Joey and his employees are hard working good people and they care so much..my mom moved in anyone's worst nightmare and they came out with in day's and they didn't stop till they killed every bug in her house,offered to pay for a room for her.I can't say enough good things about this business!!!
