Seriously excellent. And I don't even normally write reviews! I have never felt like an exterminating company is SO honest and reliable. Garland and Renee are super technicians. I also think the whole company (Shelby, Kim, Liz) are also very helpful and patient too (especially with all my panic about the bugs). They did not find an infestation at our apartment, and, even though I was ready to fully pay for the treatment just for peace of mind - the technician said, "I just feel wrong taking your money - you *don't* have an infestation". This was good news to hear and was glad that he at least came and confirmed that we were all okay. I will CERTAINLY recommend them to anyone fighting pests!

I was bit by a black widow spider in my backyard and immediately got the spider spraying service inside/outside and extermination every other month. We've had no problems for over a year! Thank God my small children were not bit. It's great to know they're safe. Joey and the other employees are professional yet friendly and very helpful.
