Rene was just here to treat our mice and bug issues. He's been our technician for about a year and a half. He is the best! He is always polite, professional and considerate. Seriously excellent. And I don't even normally write reviews! I have never felt like an exterminating company is SO honest and reliable. Garland and Renee are super technicians. I also think the whole company (Shelby, Kim, Liz) are also very helpful and patient too (especially with all my panic about the bugs). They did not find an infestation at our apartment, and, even though I was ready to fully pay for the treatment just for peace of mind - the technician said, "I just feel wrong taking your money - you *don't* have an infestation". This was good news to hear and was glad that he at least came and confirmed that we were all okay. I will CERTAINLY recommend them to anyone fighting pests!

Guardian Angel goes above and beyond they gave me info for a co that would close the rat holes and when they come out bi weekly to treat for rodents and insects they really do a very thorough job spraying and checking for the activity.

This is an absolutely wonderful company. I spent thousands of dollars and countless hours trying to get rid of bed bugs, I unfortunately picked up from a friend's house. Was a pretty bad infestation by the time I gave up and called these guys. After the regular treatment cycle was done, I found a few still living. (Not surprising. Trust me they are tough buggars to kill) They honored their guarantee and treated again at no cost to me. I've now been bed bug free for well over a year. Everything has been first class with them.
