It is so hard to find good customer service these days. From the first phone call to the most recent visit a few weeks ago everyone at Guardian Angel has been fantastic! We have a son who has autism and is non verbal. In the past we've had negative comments made about him in front of us by different companies employees. This is an absolutely wonderful company. I spent thousands of dollars and countless hours trying to get rid of bed bugs, I unfortunately picked up from a friend's house. Was a pretty bad infestation by the time I gave up and called these guys. After the regular treatment cycle was done, I found a few still living. (Not surprising. Trust me they are tough buggars to kill) They honored their guarantee and treated again at no cost to me. I've now been bed bug free for well over a year. Everything has been first class with them.
