The Staff Members That Visited My Home Were Very Interested In Making Sure To Be Cautious Of Spraying In Areas Of My Home Where My Kids Spend The Most Time During The Day. Rene is our service rep and he is knowledgeable, polite and is very attentive to detail. We always get a notification when Rene is coming out. Seriously excellent. And I don't even normally write reviews! I have never felt like an exterminating company is SO honest and reliable. Garland and Renee are super technicians. I also think the whole company (Shelby, Kim, Liz) are also very helpful and patient too (especially with all my panic about the bugs). They did not find an infestation at our apartment, and, even though I was ready to fully pay for the treatment just for peace of mind - the technician said, "I just feel wrong taking your money - you *don't* have an infestation". This was good news to hear and was glad that he at least came and confirmed that we were all okay. I will CERTAINLY recommend them to anyone fighting pests!

Nathan is the exterminator that usually comes to our house and he is so friendly and considerate. We have 2 large dogs that love to jump and play and he deals with that so we'll, never makes us feel like it's an inconvenience. We really appreciate that. I don't want to leave out the admin girls either. I work graveyard shift and ask them to text instead of call and they are always so accommodating. Would recommend 10/10 😁
