I liked Guardian Angel because they didn't try to sign me up for a year to get a warranty. I also liked the 5 star scores and positive reviews I saw on this site. When I called....a delightful young woman named Liz answered the phone. She is very personable and sweet. Within 3 days Garland showed up. After a quick tour of the house ... he was ready to go. Garland was also extremely personable polite but professional. He also was very knowledgeable about the brown recluse spiders and the chemicals he was using being safe for my toy Chihuahuas who are only 8 pounds each. He never seemed rushed. He covered every nook and cranny these nasty little spiders might be hiding. He even humored me and resprayed our clothes closet as brown recluse like to hide in shoes. Garland was so great I requested him again. My husband and I years ago....in our first home had to hire a pest company who claimed to give a warranty. They were not very good and tried to milk us for all the money they could. Guardian Angel is far superior than the other company!

Very Professional And Courteous Staff. The Office Staff Is Also Very Professional And Their Follow Up Is Exceptional. Very Happy With My Decision To Give This Company A Shot. The Staff Members That Visited My Home Were Very Interested In Making Sure To Be Cautious Of Spraying In Areas Of My Home Where My Kids Spend The Most Time During The Day.
