"Friendly service"

Nathan is the exterminator that usually comes to our house and he is so friendly and considerate. We have 2 large dogs that love to jump and play and he deals with that so we'll, never makes us feel like it's an inconvenience. We really appreciate that. I don't want to leave out the admin girls either. I work graveyard shift and ask them to text instead of call and they are always so accommodating. Would recommend 10/10 😁

I just wanted to comment about how helpful and personable I found Liz in the front office to be. She was absolutely delightful and so eager to help. Joey made time in his schedule to come out for a consultation that day!! Can't get better service than that!!

I liked Guardian Angel because they didn't try to sign me up for a year to get a warranty. I also liked the 5 star scores and positive reviews I saw on this site. When I called....a delightful young woman named Liz answered the phone. She is very personable and sweet. Within 3 days Garland showed up. After a quick tour of the house ... he was ready to go. Garland was also extremely personable polite but professional. He also was very knowledgeable about the brown recluse spiders and the chemicals he was using being safe for my toy Chihuahuas who are only 8 pounds each. He never seemed rushed. He covered every nook and cranny these nasty little spiders might be hiding. He even humored me and resprayed our clothes closet as brown recluse like to hide in shoes. Garland was so great I requested him again. My husband and I years ago....in our first home had to hire a pest company who claimed to give a warranty. They were not very good and tried to milk us for all the money they could. Guardian Angel is far superior than the other company!

Seriously excellent. And I don't even normally write reviews! I have never felt like an exterminating company is SO honest and reliable. Garland and Renee are super technicians. I also think the whole company (Shelby, Kim, Liz) are also very helpful and patient too (especially with all my panic about the bugs). They did not find an infestation at our apartment, and, even though I was ready to fully pay for the treatment just for peace of mind - the technician said, "I just feel wrong taking your money - you *don't* have an infestation". This was good news to hear and was glad that he at least came and confirmed that we were all okay. I will CERTAINLY recommend them to anyone fighting pests!
